A Sporting Suggestion

Sir, I suggest that .the Hairdressers’ Association send “Strewelpeter” an invitation to its annual smoke concert, to be held this month, asking him if he would give a lecturette on hygiene and the latest methods in haireutting. lam sure he would be given a fair and partial hearing. My idea is that this lecturette should take place after the president’s opening remarks, and be followed by the Bjirbers’ Male Choir singing “He’s-the Softest, of the Family.” Following this item will be the main lecture on Hairology, qr “Can Hair Grow on Vacuums?” Trusting “Strewelpeter” receives the invitation and sees his way to be present,—• I am, etc.,
