LOAN OF £74,000

Christchurch, January G. The Christchurch Tramway Board has completed negotiations for a loan of £74,000 to repay moneys due by it in London on October 1, 1934. The money, which has been borrowed for a term of 30 years at 3i per cent., has been lent by one institution in New Zealand.
