The Reception at Palmerston North.—A large and enthusiastic crowd assembled in the Square, Palmerston North, for the official reception to the Duke yesterday morning. On his arrival at the reception, lie passed to the bandstand through a lane of children, cheering and waving flags. The Mayor, Mr. A. E. Mansford, in his official robe, is seen accompanying him.
