Body Lying in State London, December 31. The body of Cardinal Bourne, who died early this morning, was this afternoon removed to Westminster Cathedral, where it is lying in' state on a catafalque. To-morrow and on Thurs day the public will pay their last tributes to him there The funeral takes place on Friday The Archbishop will be burled at-St. Edmund’s College. Ware, Hertfordshire. The King sent a message sincerely regretting the death of Cardinal Bourne, whom his Majesty highly esteemed, fully recognising his “public spirit, evinced In everything conducing to England’s welfare.”
