Catching his left leg in a threshing mill while feeding- grass seed .into the drum, ■William E. Bailey, 18, Cheviot, had it torn off at the knee and. when taken to hospital, was in a serious condition. Bailey is employed by his father, who is a threshing mill contractor of Cheviot.
