A “blue banquet” was the unusual meal recently served at a restaurant in London. The decorations, flowers, tablecloths, and serviettes, were all light blue. Blue glass adorned the table, and blue cocktails were served by waiters wearing blue ties. Blue-point oysters and blue lobsters were the beginning of the meal, which ended with blue ice cream. Blue matches were served with the cigarettes.
