The track was in good order. The attendance was-large and the totalisator investments were £13,814, against £10,638/10/last year. Maintaining their runs, the pair took charge at the straight, and then Hunting Go took command to score nicely by half a length. Great. Shot was a length and a half away, and Stceton was fourth. STRATFORD POSTPONED By Telegraph—Press Association. Stratford. January 2. The second day of the Strutl'ord races was postponed till Saturday owing to the extremely heavy rainfall. This decision was made by the stewards nt the meeting this morning.
P. Brady was injured yesterday when St. Aines fell in the Ohura Hurdles. He received a bruised shoulder, elbow, and leg. and was taken to hospital, but was discharged after treatment.
