I.O.O.F. MEETING

O Kiwi Iti Rebekah Lodge

Because of inemDera being on holiday, there was a poor attendance at a recent meeting of the O Kiwi Iti Rebekah Lodge, 1.0. F., Sister JI. Westrup, N.G., who presided, reported that the “500” shield was won from Lily of Valley by 7 games to 5. It was resolved to play Heretaunga Lodge for the cribbage shield on January 30. Visitors included Bro. G. Rudkin, G.W., and Bro. A. Burgh, D.D.G.M., Hutt Valley, who were accorded the honours of the order. Both suitably replied to the welcome and conveyed the season’s greetings. Sister Craig, P.G., conveyed greetings from Star of Petone, as did Sister Rout, N.G., Esther Lodge. At the previous meeting Bro. Bargh, D.D.G.M., presented Sisters McPhee and Macdonald with P.G.’s certificates.
