The Shaw, Savill liner Akaroa reached Auckland yesterday from-London, via the Panama Canal. She is due at Wellington next Saturday to complete discharge of her London cargo. MARAMA LEAVES SYDNEY. Cabled advice has been recevied that the Union Company’s Marama, from Melbourne, left Sydney on Saturday for Wellington. She is due here ou Wednesday morning and will leave again next Friday for Sydney. AORANGI AT VANCOUVER. Cabled advice has beeu received by the Union Company that the C.-A. motor-liner Aorangi, from Sydney and Auckland, reached Y'ancouver at 7 a.m. last Friday. CAMBRIDGE REPORTS. En noute from Falmouth In ballast, the Federal steamer Cambridge has reported bv wireless that she expects to reach Auckland at 8 a.m. to-day to commence her Homeward loading. KARAMEA IN PORT. To continue her Homeward loading, the Shaw. Savill motor-ship Karamea arrived at YVelllngton yesterday morning from Bluff and berthed at the Glasgow Wharf. She is to leave here again on January 13 for Picton for further loading. OPAWA AT AUCKLAND. From Glasgow and Liverpool, via the Panama Canal, the motor-ship Opawa reached Auckland yesterday. She will later complete discharge at Wellington. Lyttelton. Port Chalmers, Bluff and New Plymouth. jind is due here next Saturday. The Federal Company are agents. .GOLDEN COAST AT AUCKLAND. With Pacific Coast cargo for discharge at Auckland, YVelllngton and Australia, the O and O Line steamer Golden Coast reached Auckland yesterday morning from Los Angeles. She Is due at YVelllngton next Thursday to discharge the local portion of her cargo to the agency of Burns, Philp and Co., Ltd. REMUERA■LEAVES CURACAO. The New Zealand Shipping Company has received cabled advice that Its liner Remuera. en route from London to Wellington and Auckland, cleared Curacao last Friday morning. She Is due here on January 19. CITY OF GLASGOW. To continue discharge of her New York cargo, tile A. and A. .Line chartered steamer City of Glasgow is due at Wellington early this morning from Auckland and will berth at, the Glasgow YVharf. She is to leave here again on Thursday for Lyttelton. Dunedin, and Australia to complete discharge. The Federal Company are the local agents. PORT FAIRY IN PORT. To continue her Homeward loading, the C. and D. Line motor-ship Port Fairy arrived nt Wellington yesterday morning from Now Plymouth and berthed at the King's Wliart. She Is to leave hero again on Thursday for Lyttelton to fill un.-and is scheduled to clear that port finallyy on January 8 for London, via Cape Horn and Dakar. , JIAHANA SAILS. Having completed her Homeward loading. the Shaw. Savill steamer Jfahana left YVolllnrton yesterdav morning for London, Liverpool and Glasgow, via the Panama Canal. MAKURA AT RAROTONGA. Tim Union Company's R.M.S. Jlakura, which left Wellington on December 24, carried a large number of excursionists to Rarotonga. A radio received from the vessel oil Saturday morning advises that good weather is being experienced on the voyage and the tourists arc much enjoying the trip. The Jlakura reached Rarotonga at 7 a.m. on Saturday. Entertainment on shore has been arranged for the excursionists., who Will return by the MaungamiL leaving Rarotonga 5 p.m. to-day. She is due'at YVelllngton at 7 a.m. on January 7.
