MAGISTRATE’S COURT

In the Magistrate’s Court, Wellington, yesterday, before Messrs. J. D. bierwright and H. W. McCoy, J.P.’s, Joseph Smith, carpenter, aged 66, was sentencted to one month’s imprisonment for committing an indecent act. .
