Operating in Central < Hawke’s Bay
MARAKEKE SHED RAIDED Dominion SpeciAl Service. Waipukurau, December 28. ’ Wool thieves, who have been operating in Central Hawke’s Bay for a considerable period, on Thursday night stole two bales of wool and twelve fleeces from the woolshed of Mr. A. L. McCormick, sheepfarmer, of Marakeke. Jn order to hide their traces the marauders ran a motor-lorry on sacks to the woolshed to prevent the tire marks being visible.
