. ' VISIT OF DEAN RUSSELL Advice has been received by the Minister of Education (Hon. R. A. Wright) that Dean Russell, I’h.D., LL.D., Professor of Education at the Teachers’ College, Columbia University, New York, will reach Wellington to-morrow from Auckland. Dean Russell, who is regarded as being one of the most distinguished scholars of the present generation in the United States, is visiting New Zealand, Australian, and South African universities in the capacity of Visiting Carnegie Professor of International Relations. ■ He will leave for Christchnrcn on Wednesday.
