Fat-and-mouth Disease in South America.—Mr. Walter Guinness. Minister of Agriculture, told a questioner in the House of Commons that the Argentine had forbidden the export to Britain of carcasses of cattle infected with foot-and-mouth disease, as well as those which ha'd been in immediate contact therewith.
