JUSTICE TO BE DONE Sydney, February 28. The Premier, Mr. T. R. Bavin, has taken steps to restore the privileges of the 1917 loyalists in the railway and tratnwav services. The Lang Government, bv legislation, took away certain privileges of the loyalists and restored the seniority of the strikers, so that tliev now rank as if thev had not participated in the 1917 strike. The Bavin Government believes that injustice has been done to the loyalists in consequence of Mr Lang’s action. Mr Bayin said that seeing that the legislation passed bv Mr. Lang had altered the whole svstem, it was impossible to get back to the position which would have existed but lor that legislation without serious consequences, but he would do the best he could.
