'SMOKING IN TRAMCAR From time to time there have been complaints from ladv passengers about smoking in tramcars, but the other day we observed a nose tilted with keen pleasure as some blue smoke was wafted bv on the breeze. The phenomenon was so unusual that on inquiries being set afoot it was discovered that the gentleman outside was enjoying a cool, satisfying smoke of Dears’ Smoking Tobacco Mild, and incidentally its fragrance was giving pleasure to his fellow passengers.
