NYNGAN OUT OF DANGER Sydney, February 25. The floods at Nyngan are receding ideal weather prevails. "'Tie river is still rising slowly, but a feeling of easiness pervades the town. Although further rises in the river are anticipated when the drift in the upper reaches arrives at Nyngan, the town is now considered out of danger.
