4 PLANS BEING PREPARED The documents and vouchers in connection with the City Corporation’s November loan are now en route to •England, and in the course of a few weeks news should be heard of the flotation of the loan on the London market. There is a loan in hand, says the Mayor, of £26,000 for the erection of conveniences in various parts of the citv, debentures for which are now being sold over the counter at the city treasurer’s office. Plans for these conveniences are being prepared..
