WHEREAS THE DE LUXE THEATRE COMPANY LIMITED (hereinafter called the Insured), having announced to their patrons that they will pay the sum of ONE HUNDRED POUNDS (£100) as compensation to any person who splits his or her sides or breaks one or more ' ribs owing to laughter caused by witnessing the motion picture, "THE KID BROTHER,” featuring HAROLD LLOYD, while it is being produced at the De Luxe Theatre, Wellington, and having paid to the ATLAS ASSURANCE COMPANY, LIMITED (hereinafter called the Company), a premium as agreed- THE COMPANY HEREBY AGREES with the Insured that if, between the second day of March, 1925, and the ninth day of March, 1928, both inclusive, the Insured shall become liable for compensation as aforesaid, the Company will pay such compensation to the extent of ONE HUNDRED POUNDS (£100) in respect of any one person but not exceeding in the aggregate in respect of more than one person the sum of ONE THOUSAND POUNDS (£1000).
