TRIBES ATTACKED AND SLAUGHTERED Jerusalem, February 22. The Wahabis under Ibn Mashor attacked the Beni Sakhr tribes, which was pasturing flocks and camels at Gharabe, 160 miles from the frontier of Transjordania, and killed a hundred Beni Sakhrs. Another raid of the Wahabis with a thousand camelry and three hundred horsemen attacked the El Zaban and Dhakish tribes in Amman, while the males were absent with the flocks.
