SCIENCE IN THE KITCHEN
DIETITIAN APPOINTED FOR HOSPITAL At the meeting of the Hospital Board vesterdav, on the recommendation of' the Hospital Committee, Miss E. Reid, of the Christchurch Hospital, was appointed dietitian. This, said Mr. F. Castle, was a new office. A dietitian was first suggested bv Dr. H. Smith about twelve years ago. It meant the introduction of scientific methods into the kitchen and general diet of the hospital.
