TAMAHINE EXCURSION
The Tamahine will make her last excursion this season to Pelorus Sound on tho week-end after next, leaving Wellington at 1.15 p.m. on Saturday. March 3. The programme will include a (lance on Saturday night at Pieton, ami boating, fishing. swimming and other diversions among the beauties of Tennyson Inlet next mornin- Opportunities will be given for short walks about the vicinity of Pieton Into the heart of the splendid bush at Tennyson Inlet and to the Saddle behind Elaine Bav from which there Is a glorious double view of Croixelles Harbour and Pelorus Sound. The Tamahine will arrive hack lu Wellington about 9.30 p.m. on Sunday. Racing people going across to Pieton for the Marlborough meeting from March 1 to March 3 will be able to combine their visit with the Pelorus Sound excursion by joining the steamer at Pieton on Saturday evening.
