Tn the House of Commons Sir Phillip Cunliffe Lister, answering a question, said the Government had decided not to interfere witli trade with Russia. Everyone was free to do as he liked. With reference to the purchase of Russian petrol, it was probably drawn from former British-owned wells seized without compensation.
