HIGHER FEES
DEGREE EXAM! NATIONS. BY Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch. February 21. As well as higher fees for University lectures students will in future be called upon to pay higher entrance fees for degree examinations in arts and science. A new regulat ion provides that the examination fee for B.A. or B.Sc., shall be -111 Is. for each unit, ami for M.A. and M.Sc. Al 3 3=. tor each subject. The old regulation provided a fee of Jl2 2e. for any section, of the B.A. <r B.Sc. degree, anil Ail Is. for tho M.A. or M.Sc. examination. The new scale will operate from 1929.
