Cabled news has been received by the Now Zealand Shipping Co. that the King Egbert sailed from Antwerp on February 9 with a cargo of basic slag for discharge at. Auckland. She is due at the latter port about April 6. KIA ORA LEAVES LIVERPOOL. According to cabled advice received by the Shaw, Savill, aud Albion Co., the Kia Ora left Liverpool ou Saturday with general cargo to discharge at Auckland, Wellington. Lyttelton, and Dunedin. The Waihemo, from Auckland, is due at Vancouver about Friday next. She will proceed thence to San Francisco to complete loading for Auckland, Wellington, New Plymouth, Melbourne and Sydney. The Poolta was to have left Napier last night for Greymouth to load for Wellington. The Wingatui. from the South, is now due here on Friday, and will go on to Auckland. • ff'ho Kairanga. from Newcastle, is due here to-day, and will berth at the King’s Wharf to discharge. . The Kurow is to leave Port Craig to-day for Bluff. Dunedin. Oainaru, Lyttelton, and Wellington. . ~ . The Kaimanawa is to leave Auckland on Saturday for Wellington. The Kittawa and Totara are both to leave here to-dav for New Plymouth. The Calm, from Bluff, via ports, is due here on Friday, and will go on to Wanganui. The Kahika. from Bluff, is to leave Dunedin to-day for Wellington Napier and Gisborne, and is expected here on Saturday. - . . Due here to-day from th 4 South, the Gale will go on' to Wanganui. She is due back ou Friday, and will go thc*i to Southern ports. The Progress, duo here to-morrow from Port Waikato, will sail for Southern ports. The Putiki is due here to-morrow from Gisborne and will go on the Patent Slip. The John is expected here from Lyttelton about next Wednesday, and will proceed on to Wanganui and New Plymouth. MISCELLANEOUS. The liner Arawa, now loading at Timaru, will leave there this morning for Napier. Tiie Matatua is timed to leave Timaru to-morrow for Lyttelton to unload the remainder of her London cargo. The liner Mataroa will sail from Wellington at 4 p.m. to-day for Auckland to complete discharge of her London cargo. The Hertford is to sail from Timaru to-morrow for Lyttelton, in continuation of her loading programme.
