SLIGHT DECREASE IN TOTAL The bulletin of infectious diseases for the week ended noon yesterday shows a slight decrease in the number of reported cases. Central-Wellington: Scarlet fever, 10 (6) ; tuberculosis, 3 (6) ; septic abortion 1 (0) ; pneumonia, 3 (1) ; erysipelas, 1 (1) ; puerperal fever, 0 (1) ; total, 18 (15). Nelson-Marlborough: Scarlet fever, 1 (1); tuberculosis, 1 (0); total, 2 (1). Grand total, 43 (49).
