The Short Title of this By-law is “The ' Wellington City Milk Sale By-law, 1928.” The object and purport of the By-law are: — 1. To provide for the licensing of Milk Shops in the City. 2. To provide for the licensing of nearby farmers and their vehicles. 3. To regulate the sale of milk by the Council. 4. To prevent the misuse of cans. 5. To provide penalties under the Bylaws. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Resolution will be submitted for confirmation at an Ordinary Meeting of the Wellington City Council to be held on Thursday, March 1. 1928, at the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Cuba Street, Wellington, at 8 p.m. A full copy of the said By-law is deposited at the office of the Town Clerk to the said Council and may bo inspected there by all persons during ordinary office hours.
