IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY (Rec. February 19, 5.5 p.m.) San Francisco, February 17. Upwards of a score of persons are believed to have been drowned on Friday when the ferry steamer Peralta seemed to dip her bow, washing them into the bay. San Francisco, February 18. A number of the Peralta’s passengers were rescued by boats, _ but at prsent seven are reported missing.
