FOUR INJURED IN MOTOR SMASH COLLISION ON HUTT ROAD ONE CAR CAPSIZES VICTIMS IN HOSPITAL Four people were injured in a collision between two motor-cars on the Hutt Road about 10.40 o’clock last night. The following were admitted to the hospital Ernest William Armstrong, driver of the car—injuries to head and face; condition not serious. Mrs. Burns, Fifeshire Avenue (oft Cambridge Terrace)—severe injury to head. . „ , ... Mrs. Smith, 38 Tirangi Road. Miramar—injury to back; condition not serious. Robert Spencer, a labourer employed at the Mangahao hydro-electric works injury to head; condition not serious. From what could be gathered late last night a car coming into the city, driven by Ernest W. Armstrong, encountered another car at a point a few hundred yards to the northward of Ngahauranga. The first car swerved, collided with the other vehicle, and, running into a bank, capsized. The Free Ambulance was summoned by telephone, and the injured people were conveyed to the hospital.
