PROPERTY OF LATE CHARLES WAGLAND. TO BE OFFERED BY AUCTION. On Wednesday next at 2 p.m. in the A. and P. Rooms, Perry Street, Masterton, the New Zealand Farmers’ Co-operative Distributing Company, Ltd., will offer on behalf of the estate of the late Charles Wagland, the property known as “Willowbaiik,” situate within a mile of the town of Masterton, adjacent to the railway station and dairy factory. The property comprises approximately 180 acres of freehold and leasehold land, to which can be added, at the buyer’s option, a further 55 acres of freehold land belonging to Mrs. Wagland. The buildings consist of a well-built dwelling of five rooms, with bathroom, scullery, and all modern conveniences, with electric lighting, garage, woolshed, stables, and various farm buildings. The property was used as a stud farm bv the late Mr. Wagland, whose Romney flock has been well and favourably known throughout the North Island for a considerable time, but is very suitable for dairying, _ general farming, or grazing.
