MEETING OF BOARD. Dominion Special Service. Nelson, February 15. At a meeting of tlie Cawtbron Institute Trust Board the retiring chairman (Air. 11. R. Duncan) announced in the course of his annual report that “the Meat Producers’ Board had offered subsidies to the institute to the extent of £3OO per annum for two years towards research for die purpose of eradicating bidi bidi, which is causing great loss to sheep farmers.” Air. F. G. Gibbs was appointed chairman for the ensuing year.
