IN DIVORCE
DECREES NISI GRANTED Ten decrees nisi, to be made absolute at the end ol three months, were granted in the Divorce Court yesterday by Mr. Justice MacGregor. Four decrees restoring conjugal rights were also issued. On the ground of desertion, the following were granted decrees nisi: — Sydney Gerald Nicholson against Jessie Margaret Louise Nicholson; Maxwell Henley Wall against Eileen Wall, George Forbes against Cordelia Maud Forbes, Elizabeth Hope Flannery against Owen John Flannery, Eileen May Hale against Frederick Joseph Hale, John Adam Donald Sutherland against Elizabeth Sutherland, Inez Mabel Millar against Herbert Alfred Millar, Ruby Slav Hav against James Johnston Hav, Daniel Matthews against Emily Matthews, Arthur Frank Hill against Ivy Victoria Hill. Separated for over three years, the following were granted decrees: —William Henry Marsh against Agnes Marsh, .Alicia Hazel Evelyn Lamb against William Leslie Lamb, Frances Mary Smith against Walter Alfred Smith, Agnes Evans against Thomas Frederick Evans, Hannah Maria Hunt against Alfred Edw’ard Hunt, Pauline Maud Leah Ibbett against Herbert George Ibbett, Rubinn Margaret Goodman against George. Goodman. A decree ot restitution of conjugal rights was granted Frank Dolling Andrews against Winifred Jessie Andrews, Margaret Ethel Morrison against Thomas McCunn Morrison, Alfred Olaf Stevens against Charlotte Stevens, William James Breen against Marguerite Morton Breen.
