CASES AT CHRISTCHURCH. By Telegraph.—Press association. Christchurch, February 15. In the Supreme Court to-day, Hill Tollertoii, charged with indecent exposure in the Botanic Gardens, was acquitted by the jury. Cuthbert Harold Hauagan, an accountant, was found not guilty on a charge of having forged a cheque for A3O, purporting it to be drawn by James McKenzie, whose books accused kept. Oliver Victor Tuckwell, a circus band, was charged with having indecently assaulted a girl aged fourteen. A verdict of guilty of common assault was returned.
