The Australian cricket team arrived by the s.s. Marama yesterday to play a series of thirteen matches in the Dominion. The manager of the team (Mr. W. C. Bull), stated at the civic reception at the Town Hall, where the above photograph was taken, that the team could be regarded as a test match side.
