EXPLOITATION SCHEME GERMAN CO-OPERATION; ..SOUGHT I.cndon, February 13. The “Daily Mail’s” Berlin correspondent says ’hat Senator. Lemery, a former French Minister, made. a remarkable statenenf to the newspaper “Tagliche Rurlschau” about negotiations -he was inducting in Berlin with a view to gairmg German co-o.peration in the exploitaion of French colonies. He describes te plan to-form several companies, enrloying .equally French and German cpi’tal, in ’ Guinea, the Ivory Coast, Equatorial Africa, and Senegal. Senatr Lemery states that the Quai d’Orsy had approved the plan.—Sydney Sun” Cable.
