TAMAHINE’S NEXT EXCURSION
— The Tamahine’s next week-end excursion to the Marlborough Sounds will start from Wellington at 1-15 p-m. on Saturday. February 18. Dancing, boating fishing, swimming, and picnicking all form part of tho programme, which will, in addition, enable the passengeis to seo tho beauties of lory Channel. Picton Queen Charlotte Sound (with a call in at Captain Cook’s rendezvous at Ship Cove), and Pelorus Sound, where the vessel will be anchored all the morning in Tennyson Inlet, the most beautiful part of the Sounds Ihe Jamahine is timed to arrive back at Veilington about 9.30 p.m. on Sunday.
