4 POSITION AT NAPIER. BY Telegraph.—phess association. Napier, February 10. Pending the decision of the National Disputes Committee, a number of the watersiders resumed work this morning. Others are not offering. If a sufficient number is not available tomorrow, free labour will be asked for.
