(t) No person shall use or occupy any place or premises within the Borough for tlie manufacture, preparation, storage or delivery of food for sale unless he shall in respect of such place or premises comply willi tho provisions of the Regulations relating to the contamination of food made from time to time under the Health Act. 1920, and for the time being in force, and shall obtain a license under these By-laws. (2) Before any person shall commence to carry on in any place or premises witbin the Borough, for the manufacl lire, preparation, storage or delivery of food for sale, he shall applv to the Council in writing for a license in the form which may he obtained from tlie Town Clerk, and shall give the full name and address of the applicant, and full particulars of the place or premises Io be used, and the nature of the food-' to be manufactured, prepared, sol I or delivered.
