SCHOOLBOY INJURED
EXPLOSION IN SCIENCE ROOM. By Telegraph.—l’bbss association. Pahiatua, February 7. Leslie Wilfred Murphy, aged 15, a sou of Mrs. W. E. Murphy, of Tyndall Street, was admitted to the Public Hospital suffering from severe wounds in the abdomen, caused by flying glass, as the result of an explosion during experiment with sodium in the science room of the District High School.
