My father wrecked the home when I was very young, through drink, and afterwards I was placed on a training ship, and sent to sea when T didn’t want to go to sea at all. I don’t like the sea. and I have ambition for other things.” The Magistrate-. ''Would you like to leave it now?”

Accused: “Yes, sir, I would.” Mr. Salmon placed Appelbee on probation for twelve month, and instructed the probation officer to do his best io find him a position ashore. Accused was also ordered to make restitution as directed by the probation officer.
