Company advise that the Orient liner Osterley, which was due to arrive in Sydney yesterday, will not arrive there until to-morrow (Saturday). This means that any through passengers for New Zealand will not connect the steamer leaving Sydney for Wellingy ton to-day. THE TAINUI. The Tainui left Napier at midnight on Wednesday for Auckland to fill up for London. The vessel is due at Auckland this morning. THE PORT SYDNEY. The C. and D. Line sleamcr Port Sydney arrived at Port Chalmers at 9.30 a.m. yesterday from Lyttelton to continue discharge of her New York cargo. The vessel will leave the Otago port this afternoon for Bluff to put out the remainder. MAHANA LEAVES AUCKLAND. In continuation of her voyage from London, the Shaw, Savlll, and Albion Co. s steamer Mahana left Auckland at noon yesterday for Wellington, where she Is due to-morrow morning to put out part cargo. TEKOA LEAVES AUCKLAND. En route from Liverpool, tho steamer Tekoa left Auckland at <>.3o a.m. yesterday for Wellington. She is due here tomorrow morning to continue discharge. PORT MELBOURNE AT WELLINGTON. The C. and D. WAIHOBA CLEARS OADOUTTA. Advice has been received by the Union Company that the Waihora cleared Calcutta on Wednesday morning for Wellington. After part discharge, go on to Lytetlton, Dunedin, and Bluff, to complete. The Waihora is due here on January 8.
OTOKIA LEAVES SAN LUIS. Cabled advice has been receded that the tanker Otokia. left San Luis on Wednesday, with a full load of fuel-oil for discharge at Wellington. The vessel is due here on January 1.
OSTEBLEY DELAYED. Cabled advice has been received by the Union Company that the Orient E.M.b. Osterley, whioh was due at Sydney yesterday, has been delayed, and will not now arrive at Sydney until to-morrow.
VANCOUVER MAIL STEAMERS. The Aorangi. from Sydney, via ports, was due at Vancouver yesterday. one will leave on the return voyage on December 15. and is due at Auckland on January 2. . . . j . The Niagara, from Auckland, is due at Sydney to-morrow morning.
SAN FRANCISCO MAIL STEAMERS. The Tahiti, from Wellington, is due at Rarotonga to-morrow. The Makura left San Francisco on December 1. and is due at Papeete to-mor-row. at Rarotonga on December 14. and at Wellington on December 20. She leaves for Sydney the same day.
ISIiANDS STEAMERS. The Tofua was expected to leave Suva at midnight last night for Levuka. Tonga, and Apia. The Kaitoke will leave Suva to-day for Auckland.
TRANS-PAOIFIO CARGO STEAMERS. The Hauraki will leave Sydney to-day for Vancouver, via Fanning Island. She loads at Pacific Coast ports during January for Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Sydney. The Wairuna left San Francisco on December 1 for Auckland. Napier, Melbourne, and Sydney, and is due at Auckland on December 26.
The Waiotapu loads at Pacific Coast ports during this month for Papeete, Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin. and New Plymouth. The Vinemoor, from San Francisco, is due at Wellington on December 15. Tho Waihemo will leave Melbourne today for Sydney. TRELEVAN LEAVES NEW YORK. Cable news has been received by Mr. W. Wallis that the A. and A. Line chartered steamer Trelevan sailed from New York on Wednesday morning with general cargo to discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Hobart, Launceston, and Burnie. The vessel is duelat Auckland on January 16 and at Wellington a week later. MATAROA DUE SUNDAY. A wireless message was received yesterday by the Shaw, Savin, and Albion Co. from the Mataroa, bound from London and Southampton, stating that the vessel will arrive at Wellington on Sunday afternoon. MISCELLANEOUS. The Arawa left Wellington yesterday at 3.30 p.m. for Lyttelton and Dunedin to unload the remainder of her London cargo. Tho Turakina arrived at Auckland nt 3.40 a.m. yesterday from Napier to complete loading. She will leave Auckland next Wednesday for London and West Coast of Great Britain. The Otakl will now leave Auckland tomorrow for Gisborne to proceed with her loading. The Colac arrived at Dunedin at 2 p.m. yesterday from Lyttelton. She will sail to-morrow for Sydney. The Tongariro will leave Auckland at 5 p.m. to-day for Port Chalmers. An expected arrival at Auckland on Wednesday next is the French sloop Casslopec, which visited Auckland early in the present year. The warship will dock for cleaning and painting. MISCELLANEOUS. The Totara, due at Wellington to-day from New Plymouth, will go on to Timaru, where she will load via Lyttelton, for Wellington and New Plymouth. The Waipahi will now leave Auckland to-day for Wellington and southern ports. The Katoa will leave Westport to-mor-row for Lyttelton. She will proceed thence to Dunedin, where she will load, via ports, for Wellington and Auckland. The Kaitangata will now leave Napier to-morrow for Wellington, and is due here on Sunday. The Holmdale, which will leave Wellington to-day for Wanganui, is due back on Sunday, and will leave on Monday for southern ports. The John, from Bluff, via ports, is duo at Wellington on Thursday, and will go on to Wanganui.
