HISTORIC SCOTS CHURCH
BEING DEMOLISHED IN SYDNEY. Sydney, December 9. The historic Scots Church was stripped of all fittings and sold for £3l. The adjoining manse brought £25. [Scots Church, Church Hill, is being demolished to make way for the City Railwav. The church was founded by Dr. John Dunmore Lang, and the first service was held in July, 1826.]
