Bethune and Co. held an important property auction sale yesterday afternoon at their rooms, ’l5-1 Featherston Street,'when, under instructions from the estate late 11. D. Crawford, they submitted thirty-nine vacant building sections, known as Moa Point Estate, Lyall Bay, all facing the new Marine Drive.
