The Navua and Aiua, well known Union Company steamers, which were reported sold a week or two ago, win be commissioned at Port Chalmers on Thursday, and sail on Friday for Westport for bunkers. Thence the ships will go to an Australian port to load for Egypt. The Khedivial Mail Steam ship and Graving Dock Co., Ltd., of London, has purchased tho vessels which, it is stated, will be employed carrying pilgrims from the principal ports m tne Mediterranean to Egypt. ULIMAROA AT SYDNEY’. Cabled advice has been received by tne Huddarv Parker Company that the Ulimaroa arrived at Sydney at 10*45 a.m. yesterday from Auckland. She will leave there on Friday for Wellington, and is due here next Tuesday morning. MAHENO LEAVES BLUFF. The Union Company advise that the Maheno cleared Bluff at 3 a.m. yesterday for Melbourne, where she ie due on Saturday. She will leave the Victorian port next Wednesday for Wellington, via. Bluir, Dunedin, and Lyttelton, and is due here on December 24. She will leave again on December 28 for Melbourne direct. THE WAIHORA. The Union Company advise that tne Waihora is expected to leave Calcutta this morning for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Bluff. SUSSEX LEAVES CALCUTTA. Cabled advice has been received by the Union Company that the Sussex left Calcutta on Sunday morning. The vessel will complete loading at Penang. Singapore, and Samarang. for Auckland, Wellington. MAHANA DUE SATURDAY. The Shaw, Savill and Albion Company advise that the Mahana will now leave Auckland to-morrow for Wellington, in continuation of her voyage from London. The vessel is due at Wellington on Saturday. PORT MELBOURNE DUE TO-MORROW. A wireless message was received yesterday by the 0. and D. Line from the Port Melbourne, en route from London, stating that the vessel will arrive at Wellington to-morrow afternoon. She has general cargo to discharge at Wellington, Lyttelton, New Pljunouth, and Auckland. TAHITI’S OFFICERS. The Union Company's R.M.S. Tahiti, which left Wellington at 3.20 p.m. yesterday for San Francisco, via Rarotonga and Papeete, is in command of Captain B. M. Aldwell, whose officers are:—Chief. Mr. A. G. M. Cabled news has been receive! by the Federal Company that the Northumberland sailed from Liverpool on December 5 with general cargo for discharge at Auckland, Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Port Chaijners. The vessel is due at Auckland on January 10, and at Wellington about ten days later. TBEWOBLAS EXPECTED SATURDAY. Mr. W. Wallis- has received news that the Treworlas will leave Auckland tomorrow for Wellington, to continue discharge of her New York cargo. The vessel should arrive at Wellington on Saturday. The Treworlas is one of the latest additions to the Hain Line, and is making her first visit to New Zealand. She is running under the auspices of the A. and A. Line. Her voyage from New oik was uneventful. Generally fine weather prevailed until she was nearing New Zealand, when boisterous westerly winds were encountered. Captain B. Harvey is in command, and has with him the following officers:—Chief. Mr. W. B. Bees; second, Mr. R. Brown: third, Mr. W. Murphy- chief engineer, Mr. W. H. Rule; second, Mr. I. Anson; third, Mr. W. The Canadian Scottish left Napier at 9AO p.m. on Monday for Auckland, to fill up. The vessel will sail from Auckland to-morrow for New York. Boston, and Halifax. MAUNGANUI, FROM SYDNEY. Delayed by tog in Cook Strait, the Maunganui arrived in the stream at 11.45 a.m. yesterday from Sydney direct and berthed at No. 1 north (outer tee). Queen’s Wharf, at 1 p.m. The Maunganui sailed from Sydney at 4 p.m. on Friday, and experienced fine weather with light north-westerly winds and smooth sea on the run across. At 2.30 a.m. yesterday the ship ran into a thick fog, which necessitated the engines being slowed down until arrival. The Maunga.nui’s cargo included 50 tons of fruit, and transhipments ex Kooyong. Hanace, Naldera. Burwah. Osaka Marti, Aki Maru, Himalaya Maru, Marella, Moreton Bay, Cathay, Gairsoppa. Aachin. Karoola, Oronsay. Otranto, Baradine, VHle de Verdun, Marella. The New Zealand Shipping Company s steamer Otaki arrived at Auckland at 11 p.m. on Monday from Dunedin, to commence loading for London. The vessel will leave Auckland to-morrow for Gisborne. The Shaw, Savill, and Albion Cp. report that the Taiuui will leave Napier to-night for Auckland to complete her cargo.’ She will sail from Auckland at daybreak next Wednesday for Southampton and London, via Panama. TEKOA ARRIVES SATURDAY. The Federal Co. advise that the Tekoa will now sail from Auckland to-morrow morning for Wellington to continue discharge of her Liverpool cargo. The vessel is due here on Saturday morning. REMUERA LEAVES HOME. The New Zealand Shipping Co. advise that the Remuera, en route from London, left Southampton on December 4 for Wellington, Lyttelton, Port Chalmers, and Bluff. She is due at Wellington oil January 9. THE PORT SYDNEY. The C. and D. Line steamer Port Sydney sailed from Wellington yesterday afternoon for Lyttelton for further discharge of her New York cargo. The vessel is to leave Lyttelton to-morrow for Port Chalmers and Bluff with the remainder. ROTORUA LEAVES PANAMA. Cable news has been received by the New Zealand Shipping Co. that the Rotorua arrived at Colon on December 3 from London and Southampton, ajid sail from Panama on December 4 tor Auckland, Wellington, and Bluff. The vessel is due at Auckland on December 22 and at Wellington a week later. TONGARIRO’S OFFICERS. Captain White-Parsons is in command of the Tongariro, now discharging London cargo at Auckland. The Kahika has been delayed by ram, and will now leave Dunedin to-day for Wellington, Napier, and Gisborne. The Gale will clear Dunedin to-day for Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui, and is duo here on Saturday. The Tees, due at Wellington to-night from Oreymouth, will leave on Saturday for Lytrelton and the Chatham Islands. ’Hie Breeze is due at Wellington tomorrow from southern ports, and will go on to Wanganui. She is due back here on Saturday, hence southern ports. The Calm will load at Bluff to-day for Wellington and Wanganui, and is due here on Sunday. The Progress is due at Wellington tomorrow from southern ports, and will go on to New Plymouth and Port Waikato. The Turakina will leave Napier at noon to-day for Auckland, to fill up for London and West Coast ports of Great Britain.
The Colac will leave Lyttelton this afternoon for Dunedin, The Tongariro will leave Auckland on Saturday for Port Chalmers.
