ACCIDENTS
John Glanchy, living at 96 Daniel Street, a storeman in the employ of Messrs. Fairbairn, Wright and Co., was admitted to the Wellington Hospital vesterdav suffering from a fractured wrist caused by a fall in connection with a lift. A man named H. Roberts, of the s.s. Malieno, while walking along the wharf vesterdav, was knocked down by a motor-lorrv, and was subsequently removed to the Public Hospital suffering from injuries to one of his legs, and to his back.
