PROCLAMATION ISSUED The awaited proclamation, which de-, Clares the “canal reserve” a street, and enables the City Council to proceed with its Kent Terrace improvement scheme, was issued last night. The appearance of the notice is the outcome of the recommendations of Mr. E: Page, S.M.. communicated to the Government .after he had heard the evidence of the contending parties in the dispute.
