JURISDICTION BILL IN HOUSE OF COMMONS. (Rec. December ‘2, 7.10 p.m.) London, December 1. In the House of Commons Earl Wittterton moved the second reading of the Indian and Colonial Divorce Jurisdiction Bill, conferring on Indian and Dominion Courts jurisdiction in certain cases in respect to the dissolution of marriage, the parties to which were domiciled in England or Scotland, though living in India Or the Dominions, and validating decrees granted. The Bill was read a second time.
