Sydney, December .2. The drought shows signs of breaking. Light relieving rains are falling over a wide area.
(Rec. December 2, 9.50 p.m.) Sydney, December 2. Light rain over most of the State has slightly relieved the drought-stricken areas. ’ Further falls are anticipated.
