PARENTS OF AN OLD FRIEND
SOUGHT BY MR. COATES WHEN IN GLASGOW (Rcc. December I, 7.55 p.m.) London, December 1. When Mr. Coates visited Glasgow he tried to find the parents of an old friend, Hughje Ga.lagher, a Glasgow boy whom Mr. Coates once found tn the bush after running away from his uncle’s farm. Mr. Coates reared the bov. Thev joined up for war together and Httghie was killed in action. Mr. Coates always wanted to find Hughie’s parents. Gallagher’s mother has now written to Mr. Coates in London.
