BAD WEATHER IN CHRISTCHURCH Dominion Special. Christchurch, December 1. Shortlv after midnight last night Christchurch again experienced heavy rain from the south-west, and to-day was as bleak and cold as a winter’s day. Steadv rain, accompanied by a bitter wind’ and an' occasional hailstorm, continued throughout the. morning, but there was a break in the weather during the afternoon. The rainfall for November was 3.985 in., or 147 per cent, above the average.
