FRAUDULENT USE OF MONEY
AUCTIONEER ADMITTED TO PROBATION. BY TELEGRAPH.-PRESS ASSOCIATION. New Plymouth, November 30. In the Supreme Court, Colin Leighton, auctioneer, of Stratford, was admitted to three years’ probation for the fraudulent use of money due to his clients. The conditions included the payment of £5O towards the cost of the prosecution, and accused is not to engage iu the business of an auctioneer or agency during the term.
